我183 打球打到現在有點灰心
同身高的人臂展都比我長 甚至比我矮還比我多半根指頭
常常勾射 高舉高打 都被煽火鍋... 低位下球被撥
又因為身高問題要扛禁區但每次都遇到高舉高打 手伸直也擋不了
不知道要換什麼方式來攻防QQ

也可以練成小鎖
(還是勤重訓比較實在啦)
臂展也很難再長了
很多身高=臂展的175也是被他打爆
