腳後筋很硬,三角式一直做不好… - 瑜珈 Yoga

所以對於腳筋緊的同學,老師似乎不強調用這動作盡量去拉腳部的筋,
而可以用屈膝代替..
至於腳筋柔軟度的改善,我是在健身房上了幾堂陰瑜珈後,
有較明顯的進步。
(因為大多數動作都是針對腳筋,每個動作都要停留,拉到的感覺很明顯 @@)
