腳底板會痛怎麼加強? - 壘球

最近在調整打擊的姿勢
本來的打擊姿勢是瞄球點在高一些的地方
用手臂的力量硬幹
頂多就是很快的平飛到左外野手前落地安
不過學長說這種打法太浪費我的漢草了
所以幫我調了一下
改成擊球點放低一點 軸心腳(右腳)踏穩
擊球的時候腳底板用力扭轉帶動腰的感覺(我不太會形容)
咬到的話效果往往都不錯 大多都是中左外野歐巴
不過練了一陣子右腳的腳底板跟阿基里斯腱(?)有點隱隱作痛的感覺
學長說練久就會習慣
可是每次休息完下次練球的時候就還是一樣的情形
連帶的影響到守備跟跑壘
想請問板上的各方強者有沒有什麼加強腳底板的方法?
