小弟我之前暑假前左手肘脫臼,雖然到現在十個月了但還是有陰影所以不大敢做伏地挺身
的動作,但最近打比賽發現力量不大夠,有沒有什麼訓練可以強化肌力又不會給手太大壓
力的?
附註:比賽常看到有球員身上貼類似膠帶的東西,請問有什麼作用嗎?
