背網反手救球要如何練? - 羽球

雖然一般教練都不鼓勵使用反手,
但是業餘實戰中卻是非常必備的防守武器,
經常看到許多高手能在反手受迫的情況打出漂亮的高遠球,
甚至是犀利的反手切對角而扭轉劣勢。
一般的反手發力我可以掌握一二,雖然還不夠好但至少知道練習方向。
但如果來球已經超過身體,甚至身體是背對網子的時候,
我就完全不知道如何擊球了...
請問這種情況是否要調整握拍或是發力方式?
可否提供小弟一個練習的方向或訓練方式呢?
