背後連結式的困擾 - 瑜珈 Yoga

在做背後連結式時 (就是兩手各自從上方和下方在背後交扣),
左下右上的姿勢,雙手非常容易在背後交扣,
但是左上右下雙手就無法交握到,差了大概有一個拳頭寬,
我覺得是右手後背的肌肉過於僵硬,
不知道可以做啥姿勢調整那塊肌肉呢?
好讓在左上右下的姿勢時,雙手可以容易在背後交扣.....
