肩膀爆炸，請問高雄有哪有好的醫師 - 壘球

打球打這麼久第一次出現這種情況，平時都還好
但是只要拿起球來丟，肩膀的關節處就痛到不行
這種痛不是肌肉痠痛的痛
已經休息了一個多月了還是一樣的情況
現在我丟球就算用兩分力輕輕丟都痛到不行
用側傳也是一樣
在家兩隻手同時抬起來的話，右手的肩膀明顯會感到不舒服
只有拿球起來傳才會這樣痛
甩手就覺得還好
打擊也不會痛
真的是覺得很詭異
剛搬回高雄所以想問看看板上有沒有在高雄推薦的醫生
中醫西醫都可以接受
不想要就這樣～野球人生終～[哭哭]
