最近有在重訓
想要讓肩膀寬一點
可是只有舉舉啞鈴實在很乏味
想要一週兩次重訓之餘
平時揮揮武器會比較有趣些
所以想問那種武器很吃三角肌
揮完這部位會特別酸
鐵尺一支一公斤我確定不會酸

不要和窮人聊金錢,
不要和小孩談人生,
不要和女人講道理。
