如題
前些日子由於工作的關係無暇練習
只有睡前躺在床上簡單練練三頭肌
結果這幾天發現整個出手感覺完全不對阿
以往覺得剛好的力道,現在通通變成太大力往上噴了
因此我也很好奇大家平時會做重量訓練嗎?
該如何維持手感與肌力的平衡呢?
