小魯我有個問題想請教各位超人Nkm大大
假設我現在訂了一個菜單自由式500m
可是我300就累了
這時候有兩種方式
1.繼續撐個50m也就是350m下課休息
2.休息一下幾分鐘等狀態稍好繼續游完剩下的150m再下課休息
哪種方式較有助於提升肺活量及耐力呢??懇請賜教~~!!
