美台入札協議摘要與說明 - 棒球

於2019年3月8日的今天，MLB與CPBL將上午11點於小巨蛋共同召開記者會，正式公布美台
球員的轉隊協議(日文稱為「入札」)；即未來MLB有球團，對於召募中職球員，及CPBL球
團召募美職球員時，雙方遵循程序之依據。
原則上，MLB與CPBL所簽立的版本，應是以之前和日本職棒NPB及韓國職棒KBO所簽立的協
定為基礎。以下即就MLB球團欲召募現正或曾在中職打球之球員的部分，分點列項為說明
。

1、身份照會
2、適用本協定轉隊機制(posting system，入札)之球員
3、轉隊通知管道
4、轉隊申請期間及必備文件
5、轉隊球員與MLB球團談約期間
6、簽訂契約之報告
7、轉隊費(入札金)
8、轉隊費支付之期限
9、毋庸支付轉隊費之情況
10、談約期間未達成協議之球員再次申請轉隊之限制
11、不當行為之禁止
12、不當行為之懲罰及通知
13、適用法規
14、協議有效期間
