練肩膀 - 游泳討論

最近在練救生四式 四式各一百
兩個禮拜下來瘦了不少
不過我發現肩膀並沒有變的比較寬
我猜雖然游完抬頭捷很累 不過也才100m 可能是量不夠
反倒是以前一直長泳自由式比較有效果 以前都游快1000m
我想請問如果要練肩膀以及胸肌
每天自由式至少該游多少 是長泳比較好還是要怎麼練
請各位指教一下
