練瑜珈全身反而更鬆軟且水腫 - 瑜珈 Yoga

最近開始入門練瑜珈,很喜歡全身筋骨鬆軟很好睡的FU
每次做完兩天,摸著手臂的皮膚,都感覺特別軟、特別細
因為晚上練所以晚餐總是吃得很少或沒吃,
但是一個月後,卻反而變得很胖,全身變得鬆鬆軟軟的,
中醫師還說我水腫腫得很嚴重!
請問怎麼會有這種狀況呢?是不是我不適合瑜伽呢?
