內文提到，Howard Hughes Corp表示如果運動家需要

願意免費提供他們在Summerlin, Las Vegas的地給它們蓋新球場

而Howard Hughes Corp正是綠帽3A Las Vegas Aviators的老闆

他們在2013年買下球隊（當時還叫拉斯維加斯51區）

並且在2018年，耗資1.5億美金蓋了新球場Las Vegas Ballpark，並將球隊搬過去

當地政府簽了20年8000萬美金的冠名權

球隊也改名為Las Vegas Aviators
