周董認為，王威晨經過大賽洗禮，自己從他身上看到「犧牲」，因他去年打了全勤120場，加上前一陣子發生了紅、黃、綠燈事件(陳江和與體能教練衝突)，但其實，專業球員都知道大家都是處在疲勞狀態，只是看願不願意為球隊犧牲而已，威晨身體其實一直都處於紅燈與黃燈狀態，但球隊需要他的時候，他一直都在，希望未來有更多這種為球隊貢獻的球員。
