紅茶是一種「製法」,而不是「品種」,全發酵的做法
不發酵是綠茶
介於綠茶跟紅茶之間的「半發酵茶」,基本上都可以被統稱為「烏龍茶」或是「青茶」
推文有大大提到的「小葉種紅茶」跟「蜜香紅茶」
基本上應該是「青心烏龍」或是「金萱」這兩種品種做的紅茶
「紅玉」也就是「台茶18號」,做出來的紅茶會有肉桂香或薄荷味
但通常不會有蜜香,小綠葉蟬叮不上去
