The Brooklyn Nets have launched an in-season evaluation on various aspects of
the team, including the performance of Lionel Hollins as head coach.

籃網最近在進行對內部的人事評估，這其中自然也包括總教練Lionel Hollins的表現。

Hollins is in the first season of a four-year deal worth more than $20
million.

Hollins去年暑假才接任籃網總教練，但他4年總價超過2千萬美金的合約也不能說是小
數字。

Sources said Monday that the Nets, in hopes of sparking a change to their
fortunes, will continue to pursue a shake-up trade or two before the Feb.
19 deadline.

在星期一，籃網內部甚至有消息，指出為了對扭轉最近的低潮，球團將會在春季交易
截止日(今年是美國時間2月19日)之前，推動一到兩項對球隊甚至聯盟有重大影響的
交易案。

The Nets considered firing Jason Kidd last December when they started slowly.

籃網評估Hollins的表現並不是特例，去年球隊買進多位球星卻在十二月陷入低潮時，
甚至還曾經考慮開除直接從球星轉教練的Jason Kidd。
