管球隊營運的到底是? - 美國職棒

這是我看紅襪找來Chaim Bloom操盤之後才有的疑問

正常來說 管球員管簽約管操作這些就是我們熟悉的總管GM General Manager才對吧?

可是紅襪給了一個Chief Baseball Officer(CBO) GM另有其人

根據襪板大大的消息 同樣為CBO的是雙城Derek Feverly，GM是Thad Levine

前總管Dave Dombroski是President of Baseball Opeartaions(PBO)

有同樣職稱的是Andrew Friedman跟Theo Epstien以及Jeff Luhnow等等

像是我條的Jon Daniels是從GM然後2013年被升成PBO+GM

而Cashman則是GM+Senior Vice President


所以這些差在哪裡? 權力不一樣嗎? 那實際操作到底GM還是PBO?
