那也要薪水照發叫他交罰款 留職停薪跟違規扣薪完全
不一樣 獎金才可以沒達到條件不發 例如全勤或業績

問題是籃球適用勞基法嗎?之前看到有人說不適用

球員當然還是要看實際合約怎簽的 勞基法只是就一般
勞工概念上留停和違規扣薪是不同的兩件事情

沒錯，夢想家的聲明並沒回應到重點，雙方合約應有
約定，怎麼樣的事由對應到怎麼樣的效果，或一方得
採取的手段，特別是涉及停薪這樣重大的事。今天一
直講李違反隊規，問題是，按照合約，違反隊規對應
到什麼？球團逕予留職停薪的依據是什麼？仍然未提。

夢想家聲明裡對合約隻字未提 究竟是違約還是只是違
反隊規 讓我們繼續看下去~

On behalf of the Dreamers I would like to make a
statement to not only protect the truth but als
o protect all the other great Taiwanese players
who played so hard for me this past season:
In regards to Ryan's pay, I know he was consiste
ntly fined and a small portion of his pay was su
spended for him breaking rules. He agreed to the
se arrangements. The pay issue had nothing to do
with injuries. We had many players with many in
juries and they always received all their pay.
The Dreamers take great care of their players an
d pay is always taken care of professionally for
everyone.
My experience with Ryan was challenging. I reall
y like Ryan as a player and I thought he was a g
reat player with tremendous heart and toughness.
I wanted very much for Ryan to succeed and be a
major part of our success.
After we returned from our first tournament in R
yan did not like our tactics and the way that I
was building our team culture.
He was constantly upset with me and he quit our
team several times during the season.
Each time he quit I welcomed him back to the tea
m and allowed him another opportunity. After he
quit the 2nd time I started him in our 2nd game
vs Macau, I always gave him an opportunity.
In December he left the team for over 5 weeks af
ter falling off his bicycle. He never once conta
cted me or made an attempt to let me know what w
as happening or when he was going to return.
When he finally returned in February he did not
want to participate in my practices. At that po
int our relationship was beyond repair and he ha
d disrespected me and the culture we were buildi
ng.
I really did like Ryan and it was truly unfortun
ate how we were unable to get on the same page.
I wish Ryan and his family the best in all his
future endeavours.
