目前的練習方式還有什麼可以追加的嗎/ - 空手道 Karate

因為想在大學開學後重回母校的空手道社
所以開始鍛鍊自己笨重的肉體 順便複習一下動作
目前的練習菜單是:
伏地挺身35
騎馬立正拳50
前屈立上 下 中內 中外擋 後屈立手刀擋左右各20 (空間有限無法移動 只能站著)
前踢進 上 側踢進 上 各20
耍弄釵(紅色忍者龜拿的那個) 左右各100
有空的時候在門口打個鐵騎初段(空間只夠打這個型)
怕太累持續不久 所以份量很輕
請問還有哪些部分可以改進 或是分量可以增減嗎
在此請教各位前輩 謝謝回答
