Romelu Lukaku will be allowed to stay on loan at Inter Milan for a second
season by Chelsea if his return to Italy is a success. There is a 'broad
proposal' for him to stay for another season under similar terms that were
agreed this summer.
The hope inside Chelsea and Inter Milan is that after two years on loan,
when Romelu Lukaku will have two years remaining on his contract, the
Italian club will be able to afford to finance a permanent deal for Lukaku.
