各位好,我今年逢暑假畢業潮是準大一生,我想趁暑假進行身材鍛鍊,我現在身高172體重66,我自訂目標是60公斤可是不知道會不會太瘦,我從事很多有氧運動像騎單車-游泳-慢跑,其中騎車居多,騎公路車的我常常騎北宜公路(坪林段)回老家,所以我的大腿小腿非常的結實,但是自從面臨考試久沒騎後��
