呃 就如標題所示 我最近開始積極游泳
想要藉由游泳來訓練體力並減肥 (減肥倒是其次)
不過游了一個月之後 雖然有進步 但效果沒有想像中好
所以想請問板上的各位 要用什麼方法才能讓自己體力變好 ?
就我所知 體力有分短程跟長程(吧?)
短程就是衝刺 長程則是像橫渡日月潭這種距離
這兩種體力的訓練方法應該不一樣吧 ?
目前我是游50公尺就休息1分鐘再繼續游
去一次大概只有游1500公尺而已 只是感覺沒什麼進步
希望各位能指導我 謝謝 ~~~
