熱身 - 壘球

因為之前投時球姿勢不良的關係
造成肩膀有受傷過~~就肌腱還韌帶發炎那種吧
接著有休息一段時間了 肩膀就有比較好了
現在只要天氣太冷 熱身就得熱很久
傳球 & KGB就會使不出力會酸還痛吧
但天氣熱的話就還不會有這種問題
請問有沒有那種可以快速熱開手臂&肩膀的方法啊??
因為接下來的比賽第一場都是8點的~氣溫都很低~有點糟
