這裡有一個很重要的觀念必需說
那就是不管你從事什麼運動,肌肉是你最好的護具
特別是幾乎所有運動都是下肢活動為主,腳的肌力非常重要
另外,沒受傷幹嘛帶護具,護具是受傷之後才帶。特別是現在的觀念,護具反而容易弱化
你附近的肌肉,這樣更不好
總之,確實熱身,還有平時的肌力加強,才能遠離傷害
