滑雪防扭傷膝蓋的護膝 - 滑雪板 Ski Snowboard

想請問各位滑雪時戴的護膝有沒有推薦的？
最好能有防膝蓋摔倒時扭轉的力道的功能，
去年滑snowboard摔倒翻滾時，一不小心去抵抗翻滾的力道，
當下膝蓋整個痛不欲生，還以為韌帶斷掉了，
幸好後來回國看醫生後只是輕微扭傷，不過也花了我快半年的復健，
今年2月又要去滑了，為避免同樣狀況想找個護膝，
但看了一下大部分護膝似乎都只有防正面摔倒著地時直接碰撞，
沒有防這種旋轉造成的扭傷，請問各位版友有相關的找護膝經驗嗎？
去年的扭傷真的讓我有陰影....
