之前有朋友跟我跑步練出來的肌肉會是塊狀的
而游泳的腳會比較勻稱
我這樣說或許不恰當,其實我對游泳熱情不高 因為我現在患有憂鬱症
身體常常會記不住哪轉肩膀延伸換氣的瞬間
另外一方面我現在沒有收入花泳票錢對我也是開銷
不過看著體重慢慢上升也在想該怎麼辦
我只想問如果單純拿浮板來回踢水大腿會受下來嗎
體重會下降嗎?
