當然板上已經有很多高手,
不太需要熱身,
一開始慢慢游就可以讓自己的肌肉熱起來也不會拉傷。
不過對於像小弟一樣的外行人來說,
拉傷抽筋都是一兩個禮拜就發生一次的事。
前陣子有板友推薦我看:伸展聖經
這本書有介紹了每一個肌肉群的伸展辦法,
P.168 P.169有游泳專屬的伸展運動介紹,
做完真的覺得肌肉不會緊繃了。
如果你的肌肉受過傷,
或是常常抽筋,
推薦你找一下這本書喔。
