游泳每次都會抽筋 - 游泳討論

我每次游自由式游半小時以上後
就會開始抽筋
有時是腳趾 有時是小腿 (左腳右腳都有出現過)
這種症頭每次游泳都會發生
有試過早餐吃香蕉及喝運動飲料,並沒有改善此現象
有可能是本身游泳姿勢問題?
或是能從飲食去改善嗎?
游泳前都會確實熱身,並慢跑個2KM暖暖身在下去游
有考慮過太用力 腳緊繃的問題,但放輕鬆去游也還會這樣
只要腳板長時間對水施力 就會開始痛
這問題困擾我蠻久的 當下真的痛到很想在泳池罵髒話
想請教大家有方法可解嗎?
