我剛學游泳 五天
今天好不容易能用自由式一次游完25公尺了
我是被朋友拖去的
他也是隨便教 讓我自己游
所以我也不太知道姿勢怎樣
我想問的是
1.我打水為啥都前進很慢 他把我大腿抬到水面上 說就是這種感覺
可是我自己一個人都無法讓腳這麼浮 都很沉 也前進很慢
2.換氣後手趴下去身體會下沉很多 他說我轉頭就好 身體別動
可是我只轉頭都會喝水 必須讓身體抬上水面一點
3.耳朵進水跳不出來怎辦 我現在走路都有耳朵有水的感覺
4.划完水手是要抬很高 還是放鬆就好
5.在水中時 鼻子跟嘴巴同時都要吐氣嗎 如果鼻子不吐我都有嗆到的感覺
我好羨慕輕鬆又游很快的人噢ˊˋ
