游泳前墊胃的建議? - 游泳討論

因為習慣六點多去晨泳
然後趕八點圖書館開,通常會在下水前吃一片全麥餅乾墊胃
之前有過什麼都沒吃結果游到頭暈眼花...
可是後來發現,光那一片全麥餅乾,竟然就會讓我在游泳的中途脹氣
而且是脹到會不自主打嗝的那種
是不是純澱粉類的食物不適合墊胃呢?
想請教一下大家的建議,感謝啦!
