游捷式時腰會痠&正常長泳的時間 - 游泳討論

各位前輩好,
小妹28歲,很久都沒運動了,(僅去年參加救生班)。
最近想要展開連續90天游泳,每天至少1000M的計畫((90天因為季票是90天XD))
目前已經連續游了6天,每天都有1000M,最一開始兩天游一千花了35分鐘
((我不會轉身))
第三天1500M約53分鐘。
第四天睡眠太少,游得軟軟1000M游40分鐘
第五天1400M,50~55分鐘
第六天(昨天,我忘了看時間,但應該差不多)
昨天本來想游1500~2000M,但是游到接近一千的時候,突然覺得不太舒服(小腹痛痛的
所以就上岸進烤箱休息了
今天準備休息一天,希望明天體力能恢復((不過還是有點想繼續游就是了....
小妹的問題是:
1、我全游捷式,不過想要加速踢腳的時候覺得腰好痠
我不太確定是不是我姿勢不對,或是因為我太少運動,只要接下來習慣運動量就好?
手與肩膀的關節也會痠痛,但這些都是屬於可以接受的狀態。
2、我覺得我好像游得很慢,長泳水道雖然大部分都是男生
不過我真的覺得相較之下我跟烏龜一樣
有次遇到游仰式的女生,也是游得比我快很多......T口T
我知道我不能心急,只能慢慢訓練
但還是想請教我該怎麼加長我長泳的距離以及我游泳的速度呢?
我目前的狀態是:加快速度會覺得很喘(廢話),慢緩慢照著某種節奏游,就可以
算是輕鬆地游完1000M(約35~40分鐘)。只是不太確定這樣的強度是不是太低
還是反正只要有游到兩千,花多久都沒關係??慢慢來就會慢慢進步變快@@??
之所以會開始這個計畫是因為我本身有睡眠&肥胖問題
睡眠很糟、作息大亂,無法維持一個固定正常的作息,開始游泳這幾天真的有改善很多
肥胖的話,我是隨意,沒有特意要達成怎樣的目標((EX90天內要瘦幾公斤))
持續每天的規律作息&運動是我最大的目標。
