我的體重已經高達94公斤了所以我想問問有哪些實用的減肥方法一天攝取的熱量盡量不要超過多少?如果三餐都吃皮蛋豆腐可以嗎?還有~我都常熬夜~看電視看到早上才去睡覺重點是~我正餐都吃很少~都敗在"零食和飲料"我也想過要努力減肥有試過...早上跳繩1000下*下午騎腳踏車30分鐘*晚上7點快走1個小
