早:蘋果一顆+一杯400CC的冰水中:隨便吃(不吃炸的食品)晚:蘋果一顆+一杯400CC的冰水有在運動..例如:游泳.在家裡小跑步.在家躺平將腳抬起來像在騎腳踏車的樣子慢慢的動..就這幾樣但游泳不是很常..因為要開學了目前是國3但體重66.6身高又不高差不多150.實在很想瘦下去..這樣真的可以嗎?請給我建議並且告��
