減肥!!請問慢跑快走搭配的效果 - 運動

我這一個月(每天)都到操場運動,因為要減肥==慢跑跟快走搭配一起也就是跑半圈走半圈(一圈300m)跑走45分鐘,休息10分鐘,然後在跑走45分鐘我剛剛看了很多別人發問的問題有一部分的人都說快走比慢跑好(較不會傷膝蓋,而且還有人說女生慢跑對子宮不好==?!?!?!?!)可是我是一起搭配,這樣對身體好嗎???目
