知道要怎麼判的。可不是自由心證。

條款規則就是

Unless the catcher is in possession of the ball, the catcher cannot block the
pathway of the runner as he is attempting to score. If, in the judgment of
the Umpire, the catcher, without possession of the ball, blocks the pathway
of the runner, the Umpire shall call or signal the runner safe

意思就是要持球，才能進入跑者路線。

沒有持球，不能進入跑者路線。

所謂的跑者路線是指，

"the pathway of the runner as he is attempting to score"

那球捕手接球前整個身體包含腳跟手都在本壘板的一壘側。

這是阻擋在哪。
