Board with Yoga?
水上新瑜珈
2011年 11月13日 First there was hot yoga, where rooms were heated up to 40
degrees Celsius while people worked on their poses as well as their
breathing. Then came doga, where people could take their dogs to the yoga
studio and help them stretch. Now, the latest yoga trend is called paddle
board yoga, and it gives the core of the body a very intense workout.
When doing yoga on a paddle board, people must head out into the water.
Regular routines with poses like downward facing dog are performed. People
practicing advanced paddle board yoga can even do difficult positions like
headstands. By being on the paddle board, people have to work harder to
balance themselves, so their core muscles are given a tougher test.
