比賽規則 - 桌球

首先，沒有 +-2mm 這種東西，據說是來自台灣舊版中譯規則
自我開始從 ittf.com 看規則以來，沒看過這種說法

2.04.04 The covering material shall extend up to but not
beyond the limits of the blade, except that the
part nearest the handle and gripped by the fingers
may be left uncovered or covered with any material.

7.1.1 A striking surface of the racket must be covered with one
of the specified materials and, whether covered or not,
one side must be red and the other black. The covering
should extend to the limits of, but not beyond, the blade,
but some tolerance may be allowed. The referee must decide
what is acceptable and advise his or her umpires accordingly
but, as a guide, +-2mm would be an acceptable margin to
most referees. This may particularly be the case with Para
class 1 and 2 players as they often use their racket hand
to push themselves back up into a sitting position after
striking the ball, and, in doing so, touch the table top
with their rackets. Thus an overhang can help to protect
the table top and a slightly larger margin may be allowed.

這東西俗稱裁判手冊，我做夢突然想到好像在哪看過 +-2mm，還真給我找到

簡單的說，裁判長(賽事開始前會有工作會議)決定容許度，也可以不容許。

+-2mm 是建議值，這在殘障賽事中尤其有意義。選手非常容易拿板子敲
桌面，膠皮大一點可以保護桌面(無誤)。

建議值，不是規則。

14th Ed. Jun 2011 也有這條，但是沒後半段殘障比賽云云。

2.04.05 The blade, any layer within the blade and any layer
of covering material or adhesive on a side used for
striking the ball shall be continuous and of even
thickness.

簡單翻譯，球板、膠皮、膠水，都必須均勻、平整、連續

記不記得前幾年有關底板中間打磨，好讓膨脹超過4mm 的膠皮測起來
不會超標的偷吃步爭議，就是和這條犯上了(底板膠皮不平整)


2.04.07 The racket covering shall be used without any
physical, chemical or other treatment.

簡單翻譯，膠皮必須廠商送認證的是一樣的東西，不能有加工
注意到一點，送認證的東西只有上膠，不送海綿，這延伸出什麼呢??

2.04.07.01 Slight deviations from continuity of surface or
uniformity of colour due to accidental damage or
wear may be allowed provided that they do not
significantly change the characteristics of the
surface.

最關鍵，就這條，輕微損傷可以接受，誰說了算呢? bj4

: 2、回球時，非故意連擊球拍兩次是否算有效擊球

2.10.01.06 if an opponent deliberately strikes the ball
twice in succession;

根據目前 2014-03-23 有效沒錯，但是這條相關條文長久以來一直在改,
而且和你的認知可能有一點差距，條文是

對手 "故意" and "連續" and "擊球" and "兩次" => 你得分

其中一個條件不成立，就不適用這條
照定義2.05.07，目前 "擊球" 包含 "手腕以下的執拍手"

如果我沒記錯，王皓2009 世錦賽對王勵勤，有一個局點王勵勤質疑
打到反面手指連擊，但是裁判仍判王皓得分

: 3、小學生可否用長顆(可單膠無海棉嗎)比少年正試賽程

看比賽章程，很久前曾經有國小的全國性比賽納入這規定，
但是目前好像沒有聽說，國際賽(ITTF cadet & junior) 從來沒聽過
