因為小弟下個月初就要比賽了
在貴版潛水潛那麼久也該出水了(￣▽￣＃)﹏﹏
想來問問幾個問題...m(_ _)m
1.比賽前的幾個禮拜飲食有什麼特別需要注意的嗎?
有沒有那種可以臨時抱佛腳的食物呀?
好像之前有聽說什麼東西可以增加含氧量什麼的...=_=?
2.想請教一些比較有經驗的人
因為有報單人四百混，而且也是第一次游這個項目
此項目有沒有什麼訣竅呢? 要全衝還是.....@_@?
目前只有想到這樣...
