除了1.3去學校練習 為了保存體力暫停以外 幾乎每天做
基本動作(追擊 上擋 下擋 中內 中外擋 手刀擋)各36次 X 2輪
騎馬立直擊50
前踢 側踢 迴旋踢各36次
鑽擊逆擊36次
伏地挺身30次 仰臥起坐揮拳20次
拿點小雅玲
到今天持續了大概快三個月 不過還是沒有變強的感覺 至少覺得比不上學校的紫帶
用力打個觀空大 慈恩 感覺快要虛脫....
是我的練習時數不夠久 還是菜單裡欠缺了什麼呢
