我不知道是不是我的情況較特殊,
我每天都練劈腿,20多歲時,稍微一劈就劈開了,
30多歲後,劈開的時間越來越長,越來越吃力,
是年紀的關係嗎? 但好像有些60多歲的老人也是劈的很順啊
還是我練的不夠?但我每天都在練啊
和我有一樣情形的人多嗎?
每天都在練但筋卻越來越硬的原因可能是什麼啊?
