每天只運動1小時(打籃球),有助於長高嗎?我怕運動過度,反而長不高,所以只運動一小時,這樣OK嗎?PS:當然不是每天都一定會去打球,要是沒空,就沒去,但一個禮拜至少有5天會打球,聽家人說,每天運動,反而會長不高,要一天運動,然後休息一天,才會長高,是這樣嗎?
