義大犀牛與兄弟象兩隊在今日的雙重賽中兩隊各贏一場，晚間義大犀牛與兄弟象比賽過
後，有球迷在台大批踢踢上發表文章表示，指「徐總回家後昏倒送醫急救，領隊和其他教
練都在醫院，剛得知已急救無效，一路好走，徐總。」
據了解，徐生明晚間比賽過後，因為與太太慢跑散步回家，沒想到返家後突然心肌梗塞
昏倒，緊急送往臺北市立聯合醫院陽明院區急救半小時仍宣告無效，在晚間10時20分左右
過世，享年55歲。義大犀牛球團已證實這個消息。
