重點大概從6分左右開始。
這邊的體軸,就我的理解,就是脊椎伸直(尤其是腰)。如同影片中看到的,東吳先生(還是叫老師?)本來的力量會卡在腰上,經調整後(說要從椅子上慢慢起身,就不會先把頭抬起,會把脊椎依序延伸),腰上的卡點就沒了。
而破壞的方式也很簡單,如影片中,從椅子上用手撐腳站起(所以上半身會先用力,腰會前凸),力量就斷腰上了。

其實用深呼吸伸懶腰的方式也能做到一樣的效果。
我認為這個椅子軸的好處就是真的很簡單,就算不知道原理,也能輕鬆做到,而且過程都容易放鬆,就容易維持。滿推薦有輕度脊椎問題,或者在這部分有瓶頸的人試試看。
最近看一些日本空手道、截拳道、systema、合氣道的影片,有滿多連動和分享,看到不少不同的新東西,滿有趣的。
