有關自由式的兩個問題 - 游泳討論

大家好:
去年年中開始比較有規律地游泳,最近一個月開始,
因為生活的關係,有機會可以每天游泳。有兩個問題想請教版上的大家:
一、
我一直不太確定我的姿勢是否正確,但也沒辦法拍下來,
所以想說先提供基本數據,請大家是否能幫我評估一下。
我是 168 公分,目前都在松山運動中心的 50 公尺深水池游泳。
一次游 2000 公尺,大約 52 分鐘,中間沒有休息。
我是划 4 次手換 1 次氣,一般來說,50 公尺是換 13 次氣,划 49 次手,
(我轉身時不是滾轉,但是頭也沒有離開水面,有點像是在水裡側身縮腳再蹬牆,
手就不一定會碰牆壁,所以轉身前最後一次划手會換 1 次氣。)
我感覺我游得很慢,因為泳池裡大多數的人都可以超過我,
但是我不確定是我手划的次數比較少,還是因為我每次划手的效率太低。
二、
我三月分開始,想說每天都來游泳,於是每天游 2000 公尺,
一直到 3/12 ,中間有休息一天。但是三角肌和肱二頭肌就有點受傷了,
知道是受傷而不是酸痛的原因,主要是開始會刺痛,而且和其他部位的酸痛差異很大
所以後來有幾天都是游一休一,這幾天開始則是只敢每天游 1500 公尺,
因此想請教版上的大家,如果要每天游泳,我是不是在游完泳需要做什麼拉筋嗎?
還是每天的游泳量應該怎麼調配和調整,才可以避免再次受傷?
