有關於魚躍的練習 - 排球

小弟目前的位置為大砲手
球齡3年多
在各方面自認略有小成
因為系隊大砲競爭不激烈加上一點身材優勢所以大一就當上先發(182cm)
而救球時被同伴笑說是「ㄆㄧㄚ」在地板上
所以我開始練魚躍
目前遇到一個困境是撲下去後會撞到骨盆
大概就是小腹兩側那兩個骨盆比較凸出的地方
參考了網路不少影片但還是沒有改善
是因為我太瘦不夠肉嗎?(67kg)
請問版上各位前輩是怎麼練的?
