有關於心理素質 - 綜合格鬥 Mixed Martial Arts

小弟我先前沒有過任何學習格鬥的經驗
但是因為有在打排球
所以一直有在進行體能重量訓練
最近我想多接觸其他運動
而且對散打很有興趣 除了可以進一步增強體能
也能學習防身技巧
不過想請問學習散打對心理素質有幫助嗎
我所指的心理素質是指像在面對壓力的時候
(因為有時候比賽時我會因為過於緊張無法發揮)
還有遇到危險的時候可以保持冷靜的情緒去處理
簡言之就是我希望自己可以更堅強一些
不知道藉由學習格鬥類的運動
對於強化心理素質有沒有幫助呢?
如果我想學習要從哪裡開始做起?
這些問題有勞各位給一些建議
