ARLINGTON -- The Rangers have acquired pitcher Cliff Lee from the Mariners on
Friday for first baseman Justin Smoak, pitcher Blake Beavan, Double-A Frisco
reliever Josh Lueke and second baseman/outfielder Matt Lawson.

have sent Lee to New York for Minor League catcher Jesus Montero, infielder
