有針對桌球的重訓嗎? - 桌球

自己平常有在做一些簡單重量訓練 強度不高(徒手訓練,非健身房)
桌球打樂趣 無固定練習套路 去球場隨便打
有時會因為一陣子無法打球 或那陣子都輕鬆打
在某次有較多發力拉球後
會產生一點肌肉痠痛 可能在是三頭,胸肌,或腹斜肌等
不知是否有針對桌球所需肌群而衍生的重量訓練方式?
網球在這方面還滿容易GOOGLE到的
相較之下桌球資訊比較少
較多提到的似乎是拿啞鈴或負重球拍做揮空拍動作?
還是我直接加強重訓強度比較實際一點...
