板上各位高手前輩好
我現在大概連滑個三分鐘 大腿內側就會好酸
然後腿部肌肉就開始僵硬了 僵硬後就很容易掉下來或是轉彎轉不完
持續玩下去會改善媽 可以像游泳跑步一樣連續滑個半小時媽
